Deposit
In order to hold your reservation, we require a deposit of the first night’s stay per room reserved. The remaining balance will be due upon check-in. We accept VISA, MC, Discover and American Express and Cash.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. We provide a healthy & hearty home-cooked breakfast for each guest. Please understand that every reasonable attempt will be made to accommodate dietary allergies and while we take steps to prevent cross-contact, we do not have a separate allergy-friendly area within our kitchen and are unable to guarantee that a menu item is completely free of allergens. Please notify innkeeper of food allergies when you confirm your reservation. If you choose not to enjoy our breakfast, we would appreciate notification 24 hrs. in advance, via email or phone call as we begin many food preparations well before your arrival time.
Fire Pit
If you would like to enjoy a fire in our Fire Pit during our cooler months (typically late September through mid-March), we will need a 24-hour notice of the date you would like the fire and it will be contingent on the Innkeeper being on property on the date the fire is desired. The latest we will start a new fire will be 9:00 p.m.
Children
Our B&B was designed for adults only. Upon approval and discussion children may be allowed on specific dates.
Cleaning Services
We do not offer daily cleaning service out of respect for your privacy, however if your stay is for 3 nights or more, upon request, we are happy to exchange towels and empty trash.
Parking
We offer free on-site parking and allow one (1) vehicle per room reserved, including the Gardenia Suite. Visitors (non-registered guests) will be required to park in public parking areas in downtown Dahlonega. Parking passes will be used for certain seasons and/or events. and any parked car without a parking pass will be towed at owner’s expense.
Smoking
We are a smoke and vape free facility. Absolutely no smoking/vaping nor the use of candles is permitted in any rooms or on the property. If you are found to be in violation of this policy, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Pets
We are not pet-friendly.
Accessible Areas
We have many shared areas throughout our property, inside and outside. You are welcome to use these spaces during your stay keeping in mind our quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The kitchen is not a shared area and per local health code requirements, guests are not permitted to enter or use the kitchen or any of its appliances. We enjoy sharing our home with our guests, but we ask that you respect our privacy and not enter areas marked with private area signs.
Damages
Every attempt is made to keep our rooms in excellent condition, and we expect normal wear and tear. However, you are responsible for damages to the building or furnishings including bedding, linens and towels caused by spills and/or stains, etc. We discourage eating/drinking in our rooms. Should your damage require the room to be out of service, you will be responsible for any lost rentals. Please report damages as you are checking out so that we may do a quick estimate. The quicker the damage is reported, the sooner we can fix it. If damages are found after you have checked out the credit card on file will be used to pay for the damages.
Security
We monitor all the shared areas, front entry and parking lot with security cameras. There is a $25 fee for lost keys or keys not returned to innkeeper upon check-out. Credit card on file will be used for this fee. NO weapons of any kind are permitted on or inside our property.
